We should build some smart fencing on the Mexican and Canadian border, honestly. I also agree with Trump in the general sense that we should pull out of Syria, albeit maybe we have strategic differences. It’s funny watching the Dems go pro-war now, and I honestly think the best way to get a sincere discussion on border control is to legalize all foreigners in America for temporary employment. The Democratic platform is currently merely oppositionalism to Trump. Take advantage of it. Liberals have lost their ability to dialogue and explain their positions. A purely ideological position can generally be taken to a breaking point. It’s a problem, even for progressives like myself.
