“Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them.”

He was in a tough position, at a tough time, and he was clearly not mentally fit for duty. However the corona virus and the current state of the economy is not something I blame him for. I think former state Rep Wenke (R/L) is right into his attitude of Gov Whitner (D.) He’s supportive. There is unrest all over. It’s insane. He tried to take over the presidency. It just is. His supporters are paranoid, but honestly much of what is going on is because what we all believe is subject to delusion. However people are overwilling to fight over rumors and bad intel gathering. It’s kind of like the post 9/11 attack on Iraq. Our intel was bad, angry and paranoid as a nation as promoted by incorrect information on major media outlets. To a large degree, we need to pardon people, and forgive some leadership. He is insane. I would serious consider NGRI and sending him to a VA mental ward. It’s not necessarily a short stay. I’ve seen people who never really get out, and they will medicate away any ability to think if one is too dangerous. It’s honestly frightening for people like me to see who have excessive guilt. That’s not what he has. He could use some. It’s been a humbling experience for me to experience and recovery is ongoing, but there is an argument to helping people try to progress out of such mania, resulting in a break from reality.
There are a lot of con artists out there on the right, but there are a lot of people on the right who do work hard, and have legitimacy in their social status, like my dentist friend. There are a lot of people who get a shit chance from the start due to poverty, race, status, poor education, drugs, and other environmental problems. We often have opportunities, but we make horrible decisions in our lives that we try to overcome a bit too late. There is an underclass. and it needs to remind us sometimes that even if they are miseducated and mentally unhealthy, we’re better off educating and giving them some hope. Trump was completely self absorbed, but sometimes, if not always, I am too. However I try to recognize my own hypocrisy and focus on self improvement, as flawed as it is. I keep some of my flaws to myself. Not everyone can be trusted, and there is need for some paranoia. It’s the level of over-confidence and separation for reality as to hyperbole of a violently aggressive nature by his followers that needs tended to. The mental health system needs built up and the criminal justice system needs humanized. He is committable, and I suspect Russia is right that there is a such thing as a political schizophrenic. It’s mania, and it sucks running on almost no sleep.
