I’m not sure economic fines are an appropriate response for murder and torture. I also think that a man who threatens the end of humanity with nuclear bombs because he is losing his battle against humanity can’t be dealt with in mere air support or even a full out proxy war. Perhaps he should be allowed to torture and murder people because he has nukes and is willing to end life as we know it. I wonder if he realizes he is evil? Evil doesn’t need to be a literal entity. In this case, it’s his need to manifest a legacy at the expense of not only rational compassion, but human existence in itself.
