We take the constitutional laws of our legal foundation way too seriously. The founders both had slaves and declared them to be mathematically 3/5th human. So basically, I, an agnostic, vowed to a God I don’t believe in to defend a document that in original writing was rather inhumane. However the former made the whole situation in defence of the latter completely without any moral obligation or rational legal foundation. I am thus an absurdist, and more to the point, our legal foundation establishes a country resting its ethical foundation for our legal framework on philosophical absurdism.
